Can I Get a Refund from RawCheats?
Yes, with two clear refund paths. Full refund within 24 hours of purchase if you have not activated the license. Pro-rated credit toward future subscription time if your active product gets detected and pauses for patching. Refunds are not issued for buyer-side issues like incompatible Windows installs, wrong-game purchases after activation, or behavioral bans from aggressive in-game tuning. Stripe refunds reverse to the original card within 5-10 business days; crypto refunds issue back to the originating wallet.
Refund policies in the cheat niche are usually deliberately vague so providers can stall buyers who change their mind. RawCheats publishes two specific, enforceable refund tracks, and the second one is the one most buyers actually care about — what happens to your money when an anti-cheat update breaks the cheat.
Track 1: pre-activation refunds (24 hours)
If you bought a subscription and have not activated the license, you have a 24-hour window to request a full refund through the contact page or via Discord support. No questions, no friction, no "tell us why you changed your mind" survey. The refund reverses through whichever channel you paid with: Stripe refunds hit the original card in 5-10 business days, and BTCPay refunds issue to the originating wallet address with miner fees absorbed on our side.
Activation in this context means launching the loader with your key. Reading the documentation, browsing the forum, or running the install on a clean system does not count as activation. Once the loader pulls the cheat module and you launch into a game, the pre-activation window closes. This is enforced through the loader's activation telemetry — the activation timestamp is the same timestamp that starts your subscription clock, so there is no ambiguity about whether activation occurred.
Track 2: detection-pause credit (pro-rated)
This is the policy that matters most for sustained customers. When Easy Anti-Cheat or BattlEye ships a signature update that lands on the cheat, our loader auto-pauses every active subscription for that product before customers can launch into a banned state. The forum status board flips to "Updating," our engineering team patches within 6-12 hours, and pro-rated credit is automatically applied to every paused subscription for the downtime.
If your 30-day subscription pauses for 14 hours, you get 14 hours of credit added to the tail end of your subscription. If a detection event takes longer (8-12 hours is typical, very rare cases of 24+ hours during ban-wave events), the credit scales with actual downtime. No customer-service queue, no manual ticket, no "please verify you are a real customer" friction — the loader handles it automatically through the same telemetry pipeline that tracks activation timestamps.
What we do not refund
A clear refund policy needs clear exclusions, and we publish them upfront:
- Behavioral bans from aggressive tuning. If you ran max-aimbot with zero smoothness and no trigger delay and the server flagged your account, that is a tuning problem, not a cheat problem. The humanizer is what protects you, and we cannot refund a buyer who turned it off and configured against the documented sensible defaults.
- Wrong-game purchases after activation. If you bought Raw Fortnite, activated it, and then realized you wanted Raw Rust, we can issue product credit toward switching but not a full cash refund.
- Compatibility issues. RawCheats supports Windows 10 and 11 with standard configurations. If you are running an aggressively modified Windows install with kernel patches that block legitimate drivers, the install is not on us.
- Chargebacks. Stripe chargebacks block your account from future purchases and any active subscription is terminated. Use the refund channel, not the bank dispute channel.
- License-sharing detection. If our loader telemetry shows the same license activating across multiple distinct hardware signatures (the documented one-user, one-license policy), the license is suspended and the subscription forfeits.
How crypto refunds work specifically
BTCPay refunds issue to the originating wallet address by default. If you want a refund to a different address (because the originating wallet was a custodial exchange and you would rather receive it to cold storage), include the new address in your refund request. Refunds are sent as fresh on-chain transactions, not as exchange-credit, so they are non-reversible once broadcast. Miner fees are absorbed on our side at typical network rates; if you specifically want priority confirmation, we can include a higher fee with the refund transaction at additional cost.
Why we do not have a "no refunds ever" policy
Many cheat providers run "all sales final" because the realistic dispute scenario — buyer claims the cheat does not work, vendor cannot prove otherwise — is uncomfortable. We run a transparent policy because the underlying engineering supports it. We can prove the cheat works through the forum status board, through Discord support video confirmation, and through the pro-rated credit system that catches any detection-window edge case automatically. The "all sales final" policy is what scam ops use to avoid refund obligations; a real engineering operation with verifiable infrastructure does not need that policy.
Turnaround times
Refund requests route to support through the contact page or the support Discord. Typical turnaround:
- Pre-activation refund: under 2 hours during business hours, under 8 hours overnight
- Detection-pause credit: instant, automatically applied by the loader
- Stripe refund settlement: 5-10 business days to clear back to the original card depending on issuer
- BTCPay refund settlement: 1-2 on-chain confirmations from the moment we broadcast the refund
Refund history is recorded in the dashboard, so you can verify the refund status independently of Discord support.

RawCheats subscriptions start at $4.99 for a 1-day pass and go up to $34.99 for a 1-month subscription, with 3-day and 1-week tiers in between. Every tier includes the full feature set — aimbot, ESP, wallhack, triggerbot, radar, exploits — with no per-feature upcharges across all supported games.
Yes. Card transactions route through Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified) so raw card numbers never reach our servers — we receive a tokenized customer ID, nothing else. Crypto transactions route through self-hosted BTCPay Server, which is non-custodial: payments land directly in our wallet on-chain with no third-party processor in between. No KYC requirement, no ID verification, no payment data retained beyond what Stripe holds for dispute handling.
No. RawCheats is in-house engineered, not a reseller storefront. Every product — loader, driver, menu framework, offset pipeline — is developed by our team and shipped to customers under a published subscription model. Refunds, pro-rated detection credit, and PCI-grade payment routing through Stripe and self-hosted BTCPay make this verifiable. The "scam cheat" pattern — unanswered Discord, missing dashboards, vanishing sites — does not match our infrastructure. Trustpilot and forum activity confirm continuous operation.
The loader auto-pauses every active subscription for the affected product before customers can launch into a banned state. The forum status board flips to "Updating" within minutes of a test account flagging. Engineering reverses the new signature and patches the cheat code path within 6-12 hours. Pro-rated credit is automatically applied to every paused subscription for the entire downtime. No tickets, no queues — the loader handles it.
