How to Submit a Refund Request — Eligibility & Process

How to Submit a Refund Request

This guide is the honest version of our refund policy. Most cheat providers either refuse all refunds outright or pretend they have a generous refund policy that they actually never honor. We're somewhere in the middle — we refund genuine technical issues but we don't refund post-activation regret or bans.

What we refund

Loader fails to start on your machine. If you bought the cheat, downloaded the loader, ran it as administrator, and it fails to start (won't open, crashes immediately, throws an error before validating your license), we refund. This usually means a hardware compatibility issue we couldn't predict.

License key invalid on first attempt. If your license key doesn't validate the first time you try to use it, contact support immediately. We can usually fix the validation issue without refunding, but if we can't, we refund.

Account never delivered after payment. If your payment confirmed but you never received the license key (rare — usually means a glitch in the order flow), we refund or manually deliver the key. Always send your transaction hash so we can verify the payment landed.

Anti-cheat downtime exceeds 48 hours during your subscription. If BattlEye, EAC, or Vanguard pushes an update that takes us more than 48 hours to patch, we refund the affected days from your subscription. Your subscription auto-pauses during downtime so this rarely matters, but if a major signature change keeps the cheat down for over 2 days, we credit you.

What we don't refund

Post-activation regret. Once you've activated the license key and the loader has injected successfully into the game, the product is delivered. You bought it, you used it, no refund. This is the most common refund request and we deny essentially all of them.

You got banned. If the cheat worked (you played with it for any amount of time) and you subsequently got banned, that's not our fault. Bans happen — we explicitly tell you in every product description that no cheat is 100% safe. If you got banned because you ignored the safety settings, that's especially not our fault.

You stopped playing the game. If you bought a 30-day cheat and stopped playing after 5 days because you got bored of the game, no refund. The product is sold as a 30-day access pass, not a 30-day refund window.

You didn't read the system requirements. If you bought the cheat without checking that it works on your version of Windows, your CPU type, or your specific anti-cheat configuration, no refund. We list the system requirements clearly on every product page.

You bought the wrong product. If you bought the Fortnite cheat when you meant to buy the Rust cheat, no refund. We can sometimes credit the wrong purchase toward the right one as a courtesy, but we don't refund and re-charge.

You changed your mind about cheating in general. If you bought a cheat, never used it, and decided you don't want to cheat after all, no refund. Once the license is generated, the product is sold.

How to submit a refund request

If your situation falls into the "we refund" categories above, here's how to actually get the refund processed:

Step 1: Gather your order details

Find your order confirmation email. Save the following information so support can resolve quickly:

  • Order ID (typically a 6-digit number or UUID)
  • License key
  • Payment date and method (Stripe card, BTCPay BTC, BTCPay LTC)
  • Product name (Raw Fortnite, Raw Rust, Raw Spoofer, etc.)
  • The specific issue (loader fails to start, license invalid, etc.)

Step 2: Open a Discord support ticket

Join our Discord at discord.gg/rawcheats. Open a support ticket in the #support channel. Average reply time is under 10 minutes during US/EU business hours.

We only handle refund requests through Discord. Email support is much slower (24-48 hour response times) and we don't process refunds via the contact form. Discord is the fastest path.

Step 3: Explain the issue clearly

Describe the issue in 2-3 sentences. Include the order ID, product name, and what specifically went wrong. If the loader failed, screenshot any error messages. If the license key was invalid, mention what the loader said when you tried to validate.

Don't argue or threaten. Calm, clear, technical explanations get faster resolutions. Hostile messages get slower service or denied requests.

Don't demand a refund up front. Let the support agent diagnose the issue first. Most "refund requests" turn out to be technical problems we can fix without refunding (loader needs Defender exception, license key has a typo, etc).

Step 4: Wait for support response

A support agent responds within 10-30 minutes during business hours, longer overnight (we're not 24/7 staffed in every timezone). They may ask follow-up questions or request a screen recording of the issue.

Cooperate with the troubleshooting. Sometimes a refund-eligible issue turns out to be fixable with a small config change. We'd rather fix the issue and keep you as a customer than refund.

Step 5: Receive the decision

Refund decisions are typically made within 24 hours of opening the ticket. If approved:

  • Card refunds via Stripe — Hit your original card within 5-7 business days. Stripe handles the actual transfer.
  • Crypto refunds via BTCPay — Sent back to the wallet address you paid from, instantly. Network confirmation depends on BTC/LTC speeds.

If denied, the support agent will explain why. If you disagree with the denial, escalate calmly — sometimes a different agent will reach a different conclusion. But understand that "I changed my mind" denials are final.

Important notes

We don't refund chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback through your card issuer instead of contacting us, we permanently ban your account from future purchases AND we still don't refund the disputed charge (we contest the chargeback and usually win because the product was delivered). Always contact us first.

Crypto chargebacks don't exist. Crypto payments are final. If you pay with BTC/LTC, you can't reverse the transaction unilaterally. This is one of the reasons we encourage crypto — it protects both sides.

Refund fraud is permanent ban. If we suspect you're filing false refund requests (claiming the loader failed when it actually worked, etc), we permanently ban your account and any associated emails/payment methods from future purchases.
