Here are answers to the most common questions we receive about RawCheats products. Read through this before posting a question — chances are it's already answered here.
🛒 Purchasing & Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe, plus cryptocurrency (Bitcoin and Litecoin) through BTCPay.
Q: Is my payment information safe? A: Absolutely. Card payments are processed through Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Crypto payments go through our BTCPay Server which is self-hosted and private.
Q: Do you offer refunds? A: Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once a license key has been activated. If you experience a genuine technical issue that our team cannot resolve, contact support and we'll evaluate your case.
Q: How do I receive my product after paying? A: Immediately after successful payment, you'll be redirected to your order page with your license key and download link. A confirmation email with the same information is also sent to your email address.
Q: Can I buy multiple licenses/quantities? A: Yes — you can purchase multiple quantities of any product in a single order. Each will receive its own license key.
Q: Is the purchase discreet? A: Yes. The charge on your statement will appear as a generic descriptor through Stripe, not "RawCheats."

Q: What games do you support? A: We currently support:

Q: Do cheats work on Windows 11? A: Yes. All products support both Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Q: Do I need a powerful PC? A: No. Our cheats are lightweight and have minimal performance impact. If your PC can run the game smoothly, it can run our cheat.
Q: Can I use a VPN while cheating? A: Yes. Using a VPN does not interfere with our products and is perfectly fine.
Q: Do your cheats work on laptop keyboards without function keys? A: Yes. If your keyboard doesn't have F8, you can press Windows + Ctrl + O to open the on-screen keyboard and click F8 from there.
🛡️ Safety & Detection
Q: Is it safe to use RawCheats? A: We work hard to keep our products undetected. We update regularly and monitor detection status closely. That said, no cheat is 100% risk-free. We recommend using alt accounts if you want to protect your main. Check the Status Reports section for current detection status.
Q: How often do you update? A: We update as needed — whenever a game patches or detection methods change. Critical updates are pushed immediately. Check the Announcements and Status sections for the latest.
Q: What happens if the cheat gets detected? A: If a detection occurs, we immediately begin working on a fix. Your subscription time is not paused during detection events, but we push updates as fast as possible. Major detections are communicated via Discord and the Status Reports section.
Q: Should I use an HWID spoofer? A: Only if you've been hardware banned. If you haven't been HWID banned, you don't need the spoofer. If you're unsure whether you're HWID banned, try creating a new game account — if you get immediately banned again, it's a hardware ban.
🔧 Technical & Setup
Q: Why do I need to disable antivirus? A: Our loader uses kernel-level techniques that antivirus software flags as suspicious. This is standard for all cheat loaders — it's not malware, it's a false positive. The loader is safe.
Q: The loader says my license key is invalid. A: Make sure you're pasting the full key without any extra spaces. If it still doesn't work, open a Discord ticket.
Q: The loader crashes or closes immediately. A: This usually means prerequisites weren't completed properly. Go through the setup guide again step by step — especially the BIOS settings and Defender disable.
Q: The cheat menu doesn't appear in-game. A: Make sure your game is in Fullscreen Windowed mode (not exclusive fullscreen). Then press F8 and wait for the beep.
💬 Forum & Community
Q: How do I access VIP product forums? A: Register a forum account, then go to Settings → Verify License and enter your valid license key.
Q: I forgot my forum password. A: Click Forgot Password on the login form. A reset link will be sent to your email.
Q: Can I change my forum username? A: No. Usernames are permanent. Choose wisely when registering.
