Does RawCheats Get You Banned?

Game cheats and bans are a probability game. The honest answer to whether you''ll get banned using RawCheats is no when the cheat is used as intended, but the longer version matters more than the short one.

Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC) and BattlEye — the two anti-cheats most relevant to Fortnite, Rust, PUBG, Marvel Rivals, and Arc Raiders — detect cheats in three ways: signature scanning of running processes, behavioral analysis of in-game stats, and hardware fingerprinting for ban enforcement. Each of our products is engineered to defeat all three.

Signature scanning. Our cheats render as external overlays drawn outside the game process. EAC and BattlEye scan the game''s memory and child processes — they don''t scan the rest of your Windows desktop. From the anti-cheat''s perspective, your game client is running completely normally. There are no memory hooks, no DLL injections, no kernel touches. This is the same technique used by streaming overlays like Discord and Steam — invisible to the anti-cheat.

Behavioral analysis. Anti-cheats track aim deltas, reaction times, headshot percentages, and engagement timing. Our humanizer caps these at believable values you configure yourself. Players who tune sensibly (80-150ms trigger delay, head+chest bone filter, 0.4-0.6 smoothness on aimbot) stay under detection thresholds indefinitely. Aggressive tuning is what gets accounts flagged — not the cheat itself.

Hardware fingerprinting. If detection does happen and your account is banned, EAC and BattlEye write your HWID to a ban list. New accounts on the same hardware get instant-banned. Update cadence matters. When EAC or BattlEye ships a signature update — typically Tuesdays at variable times — we have engineers monitoring 24/7. Updates ship within 6-12 hours of every anti-cheat push. Check the forum status board for live detection status.

The realistic worst case: a missed update window between an anti-cheat push and our patch. Detection happens, your account is banned, you run the spoofer and continue on a new account.
